My Great-Grandfather took over this old barn and ranch from Old Joe Boitano in the 1930’s after working as one of his cowboys. I have taken over the cow-calf operation from my Grandparents 2 years ago. I was raised building fence, working on the barn, and taking care of the herd. 2 years ago I wanted to move the operation in a different direction, selling good beef to people. Doing things right means to naturally finish a beef it takes time, at least 2 years time. My wife and I are blessed to provide great tasting, naturally raised, healthy beef. The old barn was built in 1901, with a lot of tradition and hard work put into it. I am honored to now have the responsibility to keep this barn standing, doing things the old way, the right way.
